Description:
Machine which inserts the blocks into the special seats of the automatic nailing machine moulds, with chain driven template conveyor. A steel table on which a conveyor belt moves continually, acting as a reservoir, transports the blocks to the three automatic block distributors. The distributors are driven by a geared motor which moves the blocks horizontally from the belt to the loading point. Pneumatic cylinders insert the blocks from above. The machine is also equipped with photocells to detect the presence of the blocks.
