Description:
Machine which inserts the bottom boards of the pallet into the special moulds of the nailing machine. It is composed of three containers for the boards from which the nailing machine conveyor extracts the lower board.

Loading capacity: up to 500 pallets/hour;
Board dimensions: minimum 18x70x900 mm; maximum 25x145x1400 mm.
Minimum distance between two parallel boards is 90 mm.

Options:

Micro switch to control presence of boards;
Loader with pneumatically driven movement to load the container farthest from the operator.
