Description:
Machine which inserts the top deck boards into the special seats of the automatic nailing machine moulds, with chain driven template conveyor.The machine is composed of:

• 9 vertical loaders, regulated manually for the width of the boards and for the distance between the boards; screw regulation for the length of the boards;
• a mobile horizontal carriage, which moves sideways to the pallets line, driven by a geared motor provided with an inverter. The carriage moves a template which can feed the nailing machine conveyor;
• The boards for the pallet deck are separated by an oil-pressure device;
• Pneumatic cylinder loader loads the boards into the nailing machine moulds .
