Description:
Machine for nailing the upper part of 2 and 4-way pallets, available in both the mechanical and the hydraulic versions. This machine is equipped with a continuous forward transportation system to carry the templates for forming the pallet.

Mobile guns holder bar;
Gun misalignment adjustable from 0 to 80 mm;

24 nail descents suitable for normal, helical and ring nails with a length of between 35 and 90mm;
Two double basin oscillating hoppers with reciprocating motion, for the simultaneous conveyance of 4 different types of nail;

Needle sorter for nails, adjustable by high precision screw;
A series of 24 nailing guns, suitable for nails of from 35 to 80mm long;

Hydraulic version:· 11 Kw hydraulic power unit, complete with pressure gauges;· Power installed 14 Kw;· Fixed plate nailers;· The machine works with normal nails with the points remaining inside the wood, or with off axis points for nails to rivet (nail length max. +6mm the thickness of the 2 boards to be nailed);· Production 330 pallets/hour approx.; Mechanical version:· Centralised lubrication;· Power installed 10 Kw;· Motorised ascent of board.· Inclined nailer with mobile plates or fixed plates riveters;· The machine works with normal nails with the points remaining inside the wood, or with off axis points, which are then bent back and re-nailed home (nail length max. +6mm the thickness of the 2 boards to be nailed) in the fixed nailer type of machines, and with normal nails in the machine with a mobile nailer;· Production 420 pallets/hour;

Notes:
The hydraulic machine has fixed templates and, on request, universal adjustable templates. The mechanical machine is provided with a series of universal adjustable templates.
