Description:
Machine for nailing the deck, available in the mechanical and hydraulic versions. This machine is equipped with a 3-chain continuous forward transportation system. The decks are nailed width-wise, thus allowing for the construction of a machine with extremely fast change times.

Characteristics:

Width for passage of material 1300mm;
Fixed workbench height and variation of nailing level with the application of thickness (only for the mechanical version);
Two oscillating 8-nail hoppers;
A series of 9 guns for nails with a length of between 35 and 50 mm, (diameter of fixed leg) grouped into three blocks of 3 with fixed nail pitch (25 mm);
Transportation, driven by brushless motor, with only rear brushless motor pusher;
3 vertical extraction loaders, positioned at the head of the nailing machine for the stringers (transversal boards);
2 transversal loaders and a positioner (with brushless motor) to transport the board to the nailing position;
Motorised regulation of the external guides for the lower boards;
Motorised regulation of the external gun blocks;
Screw regulation of the transversal loaders;
Screw regulation for the width of the lower boards;
All movements are on lubricated bearings;
Centralised lubrication;
