6 - Six-chain deck nailing machine

Description:
Machine for nailing the deck, only available in the mechanical version. This machine is equipped with a continuous forward transportation system. The six chains allow for motorised regulation of the length of the template; in practice all the 8 or 10 templates are simultaneously regulated in length. This machine is particularly suitable for the production of decks for CP7 type pallets, where high production and excellent quality of the finished product is required.

The machine works with normal nails, with the point that does not protrude externally;
The machine works with nails with off axis points, which are then bent back and re-nailed home (nail length max. +6mm the thickness of the 2 boards to be nailed) in the fixed riveter type of machines, and with normal nails in the machine with a mobile riveter;
Production 420 pallets/hour;
Transportation by brushless motor;
Transport with adjustable templates;
