Description:
Machine for producing skids for 4-way pallets, available in both the mechanical and the hydraulic versions. This machine is equipped with a continuous forward transportation system to carry the templates for forming the skid.The nailing machine is designed also for insertion into a fast-change line, with a loader for blocks and transversal boards and a device that tips up the skid and introduces it into the machine which assembles the pallet.

Characteristics:

Width for passage of material 1200mm;
9 nail descents suitable for normal, helical and ring nails with a length of between 40 and 80 mm;
An oscillating hopper with reciprocating motion, for conveyance of 1 type of nail;
Hoppers switched on by button;
Regulated and adjustable nail guides with knobs;
Needle sorter for nails, adjustable by high precision screw;
A series of 9 nailing guns, suitable for nails of from 40 to 80 mm long;
All movements are on lubricated bearings;
Screw regulation of the block guides;
Screw regulation of the upper external guides;
Screw regulation of the two external gun groups;

Hydraulic version:· 11 Kw hydraulic power unit, complete with pressure gauges;· Power installed 14 Kw; Mechanical version:· Centralised lubrication;· Power installed 10 Kw;· Motorised ascent of bench.
