Description:
Machine for the automatic cutting of the blocks of the 4-way pallets, with three separate channels.  The machine is equipped with variable cutting programmes, for pallets with 12 blocks and/or framed pallets. This machine has been especially studied to eliminate the difficulties found by cutting operators and in positioning the blocks or the cubes. The machine can provide for the feeding of the three automatic forward conveyors, cutting the beams to the programmed length, discarding the final piece when it is below the required length, and to channel the blocks produced, correctly positioned, towards the next machine. The machine requires only one operator, to position the beams in the three sloping magazines upstream of the automatic forward conveyance devices. These are independent of each other, so that different lengths and widths can be produced. The forward conveyance devices for the  beams have horizontal sliding carriages activated by ball-screws, driven by brushless motors. The machine allows for blocks to be cut in two different lengths in each single production channel. The length is changed by the operator’s panel, and no mechanical regulation is required.
