Description:

The machine brands the symbols on the blocks of the 4-way pallets. It is composed of a frame holding six pneumatic cylinders, positioned horizontally, which are independent of each other and can be regulated , and a transport system made with a table-top chain.

The machine is provided with:

screw regulation of the lateral guides of the pallet;
screw regulation of the heights of the stamps;
Cliché holders with heating cartridges and temperature probes;
Electronic heat regulation.

Notes:
At the entry point of the stamp, a rotating table can be installed (model Tg/90° A), which rotates the pallet horizontally so to brand the heads of the 2 and 4.way pallets. In this case, the branding machine has not a table-top chain system, but a chain-driven pusher (transport equipped with inveter), The pallet-turner is composed of a motorised introducer, and by the motorised table rotator. On request, a device which locks the pallet position on the turn-table is available.
