4 - Pallet trimming machine

Description:
This machine cuts (along the whole height) the pallet lengthwise, to bring oversized boards within the tolerance limits.The machine is composed of a conveyor provided with an inverter which brings the pallet from the edge cutting machine to the second tilter, while a blade, positioned laterally, cuts off the surplus. The machine is provided with:

Screw regulation of the position of the blade and of the guide runners.
Pneumatic device to push the pallets towards the fixed guide, with manual release;
Cutting blade or blades

Standard width of pallet: min. 800mm max. 1,200mm;

Motorised automatic regulation of the position of the blade;
Also for non-standard pallet measurements;
Second blade for cutting the pallet on both sides (model Rf2/ra).

Notes:
The single blade trimmer can be used only with the lateral tilter between the two nailing machines. If the line has a continuous tilter, the two-blade machine is necessary, with one blade cutting the entire height of the pallet and the other, on the opposite side, cuts only the lower boards.
