Description:
Machine for creating guides in the bottom boards of the 4-way pallets.

A motorized introducer takes the pallet from the machine upstream and inserts it onto the automatic conveyor of the milling machine which, moving forward between the blades, mills the boards. The cutter heads can be disengaged and, if milling is not necessary, by means of the hand wheel of the screw that lifts the cutter-head bench, the pallet can pass through freely.

The machine is provided with:

screw regulation of the 6 cutter heads, both for adjusting the milling cutters to the pallet width, and to adjust the cutters to the boards to be milled;
screw regulation of the lateral guides of the pallet;
shavings collection tanks;
extractor covers on each cutter, to be connected to the extractor fan system;
6 45° cutters.

Notes:
Automation (model EC) for the EPAL rivet gun can be applied on the milling machine, with a device for detecting the presence of the pallet.NB : The rivet gun is not included.
